Hurd Law, PLLC, was founded by attorney Bethany Hurd. Ms. Hurd’s clients are immediately put at ease by her empathetic nature and level-headed counsel.
They choose Bethany because she has handled a wide range of cases, including high-asset divorces with business valuations and nonmarital claims, contested custody matters, spousal maintenance claims and military issues. She has represented clients who receive public assistance as well as clients who have millions of dollars in net worth.
As a parent, Bethany understands that kids’ needs come first. She helps her clients craft custody and parenting time solutions that allow their children to flourish.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys reading, baking, sampling bourbon, and going on family adventures with her husband and two children. She loves making people laugh and showing kindness in unexpected ways.
